Coming from Finland and residing in Perth for past 5 years.
My path on the road of yoga started in 2003, at Finland, Astanga Yoga School. I decided to take my love of yoga further in 2012 and graduated as a yoga teacher from Himalaya Yoga Valley, India.
Since then I’ve graduated from different teacher trainings, constantly looking for more and more qualifications and knowledge. While ago I lived in an ashram in India, studying hard with one of the greatest teachers and swamis, and graduated as an advance yoga teacher, RYT 500.
My passion and love towards yoga is limitless. All the knowledge and strength, balance and peace, light and happiness it has given me, on the path of my life, is indescribable.

I am a dreamer, a smiler, bit goofy and an optimist.
I wish to bring smiles and joy to my classes, give my students a moment away from their daily routines, a new experience, a positive mind and energy to nuture their own well being. It is important for me to see every student as an individual, so I can help them to listen to their own body and step out of their comfort zone, to find that edge. I’m a dreamer, a smiler, bit goofy and extreme optimist.
My approach to yoga is playful, flowing with integrity, challenging yet soothing.
My inspiration, my happiness and my gratitude grows from my beautiful students, driving me to better myself as a teacher and as a person on daily bases.
